For too long, Black stories have been filtered through lenses that don't belong to us. Hollywood gatekeepers, algorithm-driven platforms, and foreign distributors have decided which Black narratives deserve to be seen — and which get erased. The result: a global community of 1.4 billion people whose stories are fragmented, diluted, or simply invisible.

Khemet exists to end that era. We are building the world's first streaming platform created by and for the global Black community — from Lagos to London, Nairobi to New York, Johannesburg to Rio de Janeiro. Not a niche. Not an add-on. The main stage. The infrastructure for narrative sovereignty.
